We handle high-value, complex commercial disputes across courts and tribunals, spanning contract, property, land, environmental, tax, construction, and employment matters. Our approach combines rigorous preparation with strategic focus on what will actually move the case, not merely what fills a brief.
We represent clients before statutory tribunals including the Standards Tribunal and the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board. Our Principal Partner's service as a Standards Tribunal Member gives us rare insight into how these bodies reason and decide, an advantage we deploy directly in client representation.
We handle contentious IP and data protection matters, including high-profile constitutional petitions involving digital identity and privacy rights. Our team is equipped to handle the intersection of technology, regulation, and litigation that increasingly defines modern commercial disputes.
Our litigation practice covers the full breadth of regulated sectors, capital markets, aviation, and regulatory enforcement proceedings, where the stakes extend beyond financial exposure to include licensing, market access, and reputational consequences
Our Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice handles contentious matters across courts of law, statutory tribunals, arbitral tribunals, and the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board. We have represented developers in a Nairobi ELC matter (Milimani ELC No. 224 of 2019) involving claims of Kshs. 5.6 Billion arising from an affordable housing PPP, successfully defended a State Department in a constitutional petition involving data protection and digital identity, and acted for a state entity in an arbitration claim exceeding Kshs. 300 Million. Our work spans contract disputes, land and property claims, environmental litigation, employment disputes, intellectual property proceedings, aviation disputes, capital markets enforcement, and public procurement challenges. We provide end-to-end litigation management from pre-dispute strategy through to judgment and enforcement.
Clients facing significant disputes need a team with the experience to handle complexity, the judgment to deploy resources strategically, and the credibility to be taken seriously by opposing counsel and the bench. We have handled matters at the Kshs. 5.6 Billion level, represented state entities in arbitration, and litigated landmark constitutional questions, not on paper, but in court. Our Principal Partner's dual role as practitioner and Tribunal Member gives us a unique perspective on judicial and quasi-judicial reasoning that directly benefits clients in dispute. When the stakes are high, experience is not a luxury, it is the requirement.
