Shee is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, holding a Diploma in Law from theAdvocates Training Programme at the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)degree (Second Class Honours, Upper Division) from the University of Nairobi. Shee is alsopursuing certification as a Certified Secretary and has completed the Intermediary Level.
